This directory aims to develop the capacity of voluntary, community and faith sector providers to deliver mainstream health and social care contracts and improve communication both with the sector and with partner agencies. The directory features health and social providers; their contact details and a summary of their services. The organisations are categorised into areas of provision to highlight the contribution made to a variety of themes within the health and social care agenda. These areas of provision or categories are represented by a coloured symbol and the key gives a further explanation.
